Selected from a single vineyard in the northern Adelaide Hills. This vineyard is in a slightly warmer part of the hills producing wines with great flavour intensity. Due to the elevation of this site and the cooler nights, the wines produced retain natural acidity and freshness. Pale straw in colour, with lifted nashi pear and peaches on the nose. Creamy fruits sit perfectly with the toasty oak. Medium body with layers of citrus fruits and hints of toast almonds on the palate.
