The 2023 Heirloom Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc features aromas of freshly zested citrus peel of a myriad varieties. There's a strong background of lemon and lime, to boot, with subtle support coming around the olfactory edges from sauvignon blancs other usual suspects. Freshly cut lawn, lantana, gooseberry and a far-off blackcurrant.
