Hand-tended vines, sorted bunch by bunch, naturally open fermented, basket-pressed and stored in 30% new American and French oaks for 18 months. This is what Coonawarra does best - producing ripe and luscious berry fruits yet never foregoing the discipline and manner of noble tannins. Power with grace, as the tannins are tempered by the berry fruit brightness and dichotomous density. Decant at luncheon and drink for dinner, or have your cellarmaster put it away for up to 20 years.
