”Museum re-release en magnum. 66/34% chardonnay/pinot noir. Fermented in (5.3% first use) French oak barriques, 100% mlf; aged on lees 12 years; 5.4 g/L dosage. A bright, radiant straw hue at 13 years of age proclaims the energy and endurance of this great season in Tasmania, and in magnum it is still embarking on its extraordinary life. Grapefruit, Beurre Bosc pear and lemon define a crunchy style of generous yet very fine phenolic grip and well-toned acidity. All the layers of toasty, biscuity, spicy complexity that we love of Arras are here in full measure, yet with a dynamic vibrancy that demands many more years of patience yet.”
