This Rose is an excellent Rose with great savoury characters on the palate. It has great salmon pink colour. Lovely strawberry and long juicy structure and balanced acidity. The wine is a blend of Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris which is co-fermented to achieve a well integrated and complex wine.
