Bernoota' is a blend of 60% Shiraz and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon. 'Bernoota' was the original name given to the homestead on the Lake Breeze property. It shows lovely dark fruits and spice and is such an approachable wine. Soft enough to enjoy now although with careful cellaring will live on for another 15 years.
