This is a full-bodied Cabernet Merlot with notes of dark red fruits, spice and Cedar. The flavours are well integrated and balanced, with hints of toasty tannins lingering for good length in the mouth. A versatile wine which makes a great accompaniment to most food, in particular red meats and mature cheeses.
