”Grown on the estate's 1891 plantings. It's not a heavy wine, but it is a lengthy one. Indeed it's medium in weight at its boldest point. It tastes of glacé cherries, strawberries, plums and leather, with orange oil, gum leaf and cedar notes threaded throughout. It's elegant. There are mineral-like aspects to the aftertaste. It won't smack you in the face with its quality, but it is there, if you pause to look.”
