John Harris is a great proponent and creator of Fumé-style Sauvignon Blanc and has crafted a wine that is sure to please both traditional 'Sauv Blanc' lovers and those who tend to favour generally more oak influenced varieties such as Chardonnay. Ticks a lot of white wine boxes. If you haven't tried a barrel fermented Sauv Blanc before, then give this a try, you won't be disappointed.
