What's Included

Schild Estate

Schild Estate Ben Schild Shiraz 2021

Picked from fruit form family vineyards over 35 years old

Allegiance

Unity Barossa Valley Shiraz 2021

Opulent, sumptuous and hugely appealing, the wine shows mixed berry compote, vanillin oak, cake spice and dark chocolate notes on the nose, leading to a delectably expressed palate displaying outstanding concentration and plush mouthfeel. It's lavish yet brilliantly structured and harmonious. At its best: 2024 to 2039.

Lenton Brae

Margaret River Cabernet Merlot 2022

A classic Margaret River blend, the tannin of cabernet sauvignon beautifully complements the mid palate fruitiness and softness of the merlot. The tannins are very fine, and soft, adding structure and length to the immediately approachable palate.

Hewitson

Hewitson Old Garden Mourvedre 2021

The Old Garden vineyard is the oldest Mourvèdre vineyard in the world, planted in 1853. Dry-grown, original existing vines, pre-Phylloxera. Eight rows of this rare and unique planting remain to this day at Rowland Flat and produce winemaker Dean Hewitson’s much-lauded single-vineyard table wine bearing the Old Garden name. The vineyard has been hand-tended and dry-farmed by Friedrich Koch and his direct descendants across three centuries.

Ulithorne

Immortelle Shiraz 2021

The fruit was hand picked from a premium vineyard in McLaren Vale. It's intensely ripe and full bodied, vibrant aromas of black fruit and hints of pepper spice, soft tannins, and a subtle earthiness.

Dandelion Vineyards

Menagerie Barossa GSM 2021

This vintage of our Menagerie of the Barossa has a high level of natural acidity, and bone dry, it is menage a trois that makes wine truly of its time and place, a wish come true and a looking glass, if you will, and although ready to drink immediately it will also reward cellaring and decanting.

Rosenthal

Rosenthal The Marker Shiraz 2021

The Rosenthal Marker Shiraz 2021 is full bodied with smooth tannins, layered with French Oak barrels and finesse from the gentle winemaking techniques employed. Drink now with family and friends around a warm dinner table.

Mount Pleasant

Old Paddock 1921 Vines Shiraz 2022

First planted by Maurice O’Shea in 1921, the vineyard was propagated using cuttings from Mount Pleasant’s Old Hill vineyard first planted in 1880. The perfect site for shiraz, the block sits mid-way up a gentle rise and is sheltered from the afternoon sun and wind, providing a wine abundant in fruit richness, natural tannin, and power.

Credaro

Kinship Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

In 1922, the SS Omar sailed from Naples to Fremantle, reuniting Cesar Credaro with his brother, Olympio. Leaving behind post war Italy, they pioneered new lives farming the lands of South Western Australia. Enjoy with your own siblings, brother from another mother or sister from another mister and appreciate the bonds you share. A fine and elegant palate showing flavours of dark cherry, blackcurrant and vanilla, with good length of flavour and ripe tannins. Hints of florals and dried herbs linger through the finish.

Sieger Estate

Frederick Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir 2023

A fuller style of Adelaide Hills pinot noir sourced from old vines. Cranberry and red cherry on the nose with raspberry and plum on the palate.

Hither and Yon

Leask Grenache 2020

Old 1940's vines, 4 rows only, limited by nature, a botanical, elegant expression of McLaren Vale grenache.

Heirloom Vineyards

Alcala McLaren Vale Grenache 2024

The Heirloom Vineyards Alcala McLaren Vale Grenache was produced from our best McLaren Vale vineyard whose clones and viticulture embody the very best in cutting edge but old school viticulture and winemaking. Hand tended vines, whole-bunch fermented, basket pressed and stored in French oak barrels from bespoke coopers. The plushness and generosity of the grenache fruit is brilliantly displayed across the palate, but it is also brilliantly offset by plating tannins and an in-and-out running acidity. All of these qualities crash balletically together at the end of the palate, as if a well-practiced circus troupe: cherried fruits, puckering tannins, and piquant acidity. Whole bunch extended maceration, integrated and balanced with fruit.
