A case of wines from two respected producers of the Barossa. Schild Estate are based in the Southern Barossa, the Mick’s Workshop vineyard was named so after Michael Schild built his workshop next to the plot, it offers robust and structured fruit, with blackberries, blueberries, and a touch of clove, it’s rated 94 points by Wine Orbit. St Hallet trace their inception back to 1944, based in the Northern Barossa, it’s a full-bodied shiraz with concentrated flavours of black plum and cherries, and named in tribute after long-time winemaker Stuart Blackwell. This benchmark wine is rated 95 points by the Halliday Wine Companion.
