What's Included

Jericho

S3 McLaren Vale Shiraz 2021

A generously dense, nonetheless, balanced Shiraz with complex spice and floral flavours typical of the Blewitt Springs sub region. A lovely intensity of rich, dark Shiraz flavours pair with elegant structure and plush tannins to lend this wine an air of easy drinkability. Bright fruits abound here – blackberries, cassis, and plums. Meandering throughout are floral notes of violets and lavender, mixing with delicate baking spice.

Mount Pleasant

Rosehill Vineyard Shiraz 2021

First planted by Maurice O’Shea in 1946, the Rosehill vineyard is a wonderful site. Producing wines that are quintessentially Hunter Valley, they are bright, red fruited and elegant, with the ability to age gracefully for the long term. This single vineyard wine is a representation of the best of this vineyard in that specific year of production.

Ottelia

Padthaway Graciano 2021

Graciano is a Spanish variety most well known for its use as a blending component in Rioja. Although uncommon as a single varietal, the wine is gaining more popularity in Australia

Dandelion Vineyards

Pride of the Fleurieu Cabernet Sauvignon 2020

The Dandelion Cabernet Pride of the Fleurieu 2020 features abundant red and black berry aromatics for which cabernet sauvignon is rightly renowned. Blackberry mulberry raspberry loganberry. The palate showcases a two-part harmony of raging, surging, power-bursting berry fruit flavours harnessed by swirling, rolling currents of tannin - foursquare and block in shape. The Pride of the Fleurieu Cabernet grew in the family's pride and joy, overlooking the Finniss River wetlands, Tony Brooks and Prof. Barbara Santich's dry-grown Stranger's Reach vineyard cooled by the Great Southern Ocean and Lake Alexandrina, where low rainfall and deep, alluvial soils encourage Cabernet to populate or perish.

Bec Hardy

Lot 94 Cabernet Sauvignon 2023

Bestowing a modern-day twist on six generations of winemaking heritage, Bec’s wines are the result of careful selection and technique; letting nature guide the process, and only intervening when required. The result is a collection of elegant wines displaying their true varietal characters, with good palate weight and complexity, and that can be enjoyed young or mature, with food or simply on their own.

De Bortoli

Gundagai Shiraz 2019

Regional Classic encompasses releases that are a true testament to the varietals from well-known and highly acclaimed wine regions of Australia.

Tim Adams Wines

Cabernet Malbec 2018

Dry-grown Cabernet and Malbec parcels were fermented to dryness for seven days before being pressed, with some of the pressings being returned to the free run wine to enhance texture and mouthfeel. A full-bodied wine with generous chalky tannins. Feel content cellaring our Cabernet Malbec for at least ten years in good conditions. This wine pairs well with lamb and other red meat dishes.

Terre a Terre

Terre a Terre Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz Crayeres Vineyard 2021

A world class claret from the close-spaced Crayères vineyard in Wrattonbully. Included in the James Halliday Top 100 wines of 2023.

Langmeil

Resurrection Mataro 2021

Hiding under the Mourvédre alias, Mataro has too often been relegated to the rank of a ‘blends only’ varietal. The time for a Resurrection is now. Driven by the new generation of Barossa winemakers, Mataro is once again taking its place as a single varietal of regional significance. Having utilized Mataro for over a decade as a great blending varietal, we have come to appreciate it in its own right. A great food wine with blue fruits, spicy characters and subtle earthiness. This complex wine takes its rightful place as a single varietal of note.

Nannup Estate

Nannup Merlot Rolling Hills 2021

The Nannup Estate vineyards are located high on the escarpment overlooking the renowned rolling hills of Nannup, across the coastal plains and towards the Indian Ocean. A pristine environment, reliable temperate climate and ancient granite soils combine to provide “terroir” ideal for the production of high-quality fruit with distinct varietal characters.

St Hallett

Higher Earth Syrah 2021

This wine represents the higher altitude and cooler climate of the Eden Valley. A Syrah distinctive of the sub-region showcasing elegance and finesse, sourced exclusively from the high country.

Ulithorne

Ulithorne Dona GSM 2019

The Ulithorne Dona GSM 2019 features musky cherry perfume on the nose. These faintly herbal aromas continue on the palate, although soft, fleshy and sweet edged fruit is the main them with light tannings providing some grip.
