A tour of Australian winemaking through the lens of its most loved white varieties. There’s a wonderfully diverse range of styles in this case, including zippy, citrus led Hunter Valley semillon from Leogate Estate – a wine seriously punching above it’s weight, minerally, green fruited, barrel fermented sauvignon blanc (a style known as Fume Blanc) from Adelaide Hills producer Jericho, intriguingly textural marsanne from Churchview, and voluptuous chardonnay from Margaret River stalwarts Stonefish with a usual RRP of $50.
