What's Included

Dandelion Vineyards

Treasure Trove Grenache 2021

The Treasure Trove Grenache is a part of the Firehawk Farm, a single biodynamically run vineyard perched atop an ancient ridge overlooking McLaren Vale, the Willunga escarpment and the Gulf St Vincent. Firehawk is our Native Bird of Prey that soars over the vineyards acting as scarecrow to other birds, rabbits and the like that eat ripening grapes. Selected bunches were handpicked by family and friends in early March. The wine received 18 months maturation with minimal winemaking artefact before bottling, to capture the essence of the vineyard. The wine will reward cellaring and decanting.

Giant Steps

Giant Steps Yarra Valley Syrah Carignan Grenache 2019

The Giant Steps Yarra Valley Syrah Carignan Grenache 2019 offers peppery, Dark plum and red berry aromas on the nose. This wine is balanced with soft tannins and refreshing acidity. Hand Picked Syrah, Carignan & Grenache from the Tarraford and Sexton Vineyards. Our take on a Rhone style blend.

Ulithorne

Immortelle Shiraz 2021

The fruit was hand picked from a premium vineyard in McLaren Vale. It's intensely ripe and full bodied, vibrant aromas of black fruit and hints of pepper spice, soft tannins, and a subtle earthiness.

Hirsch Hill

Toolangi Pinot Noir 2023

This pinot noir is a symphony of flavours intertwining raspberry, cherry, and subtle spice with earth undertones. Medium bodied it boasts firm tannins and a delicate minerality balanced by refreshing acidity. The journey culminates in a spicy, stony finish of remarkable length offering a truly satisfying mouthfeel

Ottelia

Sangiovese 2021

The perfect everyday of the week wine - reliable and foolproof the Ottelia Sangiovese is comfort in a bottle.

Blue Pyrenees

Blue Pyrenees Limited Release Shiraz 2021

Produced exclusively for Qantas, the Blue Pyrenees winemaking team have selected some of the best parcels of shiraz from our estate vineyards for this offering. Hailing from the excellent 2021 vintage this wine exhibits all the hallmarks of classic Pyrenees shiraz.

Haselgrove

Switch GSM 2020

Selected from two parcels of Grenache, four parcels of Shiraz and one parcel of Mourvèdre all from different micro climates in McLaren Vale. The two Grenache parcels come from two separate vineyards near Aldinga. The first provides brooding dark fruit with strong structural tannins, the second Grenache which is closer to Willunga produces more red fruit and finer tannins. The Shiraz parcels for this blend were selected for their brighter fruit profiles. The Mourvedre was selected from our own vineyard near McLaren Flat and shows spicy lift and structural tannins.

Cape Barren

Rare Bird Shiraz 2019

The Cape Barren Goose was once thought close to extinction, today they remain one of the world’s rarest bird. Our Rare Bird Shiraz showcases the unique terroir of McLaren Vale and is as rare as it’s namesake.

Longview

Longview Devils Elbow Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

A near-perfect Hills vintage for 2021 with excellent rainfall in Spring and any summer showers dispersed by subsequent mild breezes. The winds prevented any disease pressure and the mild Spring provided good conditions for flowering early. Cooler temperatures prevailed throughout and as yield was above average. From veraison through to harvest, the vineyard experienced below average, yet relatively dry temps, ensuring a very long ripening period resulting in exceptionally complex fruit flavour. Slow, even sugar development and excellent acid retention were welcome outcomes for the fruit and total harvest was completed on 28 April. The Devil’s Elbow is a legendary hairpin corneron the old road to the Adelaide Hills.

Tim Adams Wines

Cabernet Malbec 2018

Dry-grown Cabernet and Malbec parcels were fermented to dryness for seven days before being pressed, with some of the pressings being returned to the free run wine to enhance texture and mouthfeel. A full-bodied wine with generous chalky tannins. Feel content cellaring our Cabernet Malbec for at least ten years in good conditions. This wine pairs well with lamb and other red meat dishes.

Heirloom Vineyards

Heirloom Barossa Shiraz 2021

This Heirloom Vineyards Shiraz was produced from our best Barossa Shiraz Vineyard whose clones and viticulture embody the very best in cutting edge but old school viticulture and winemaking. Hand tended vines, sorted bunch-by-bunch, naturally open fermented, basket pressed and stored in French oak barriques from bespoke coopers.

AT Richardson

ATR Wines Hard Hill Road Tannat 2022

Although traditionally known for its big tannins, this Hard Hill Road Tannat is a restrained version. Presenting as a full-bodied rich wine, the fine, almost metallic tannins, paired with an intense fruit-bomb palate and persistent and cleansing finish, all come together to create an elegant wine.
