This vegan-friendly wine is a great example of the modern style of Australian Shiraz, from a single block on the highly regarded Moppity vineyard in the southern NSW region of Hilltops. With a focus on picking exactly the right fruit at exactly the right time and then allowing the fruit to be the hero without a great deal of winemaker interference. On its own, it's difficult to stop at one glass but also pairs beautifully with all of your barbecue favourites.
