Munda Wines is majority Indigenous owned and tells stories from Country through its fine wines. Munda is the Wirangu & Kokatha word for land or country, or our depiction of the French term 'terroir.' Kaurna Country, also known as McLaren Vale, from the sub-region of Blewitt Springs prized for its deep, sandy soils which gives a grippiness to the Syrah and a fine texture. Partially de-stemmed with 10% whole bunch with the remaining fruit retained whole with wild yeast fermentation. Cellared for 16 months in 2nd & 3rd use French Oak puncheons. Medium to full bodied, blueberry, plum and layers of spice.
