Walgalu Country, otherwise known as Tumbarumba NSW, is high altitude Alpine country perfect for finely balanced Chardonnay with a precise acidity line. The palate is textural and full flavoured with restrained yet complex French oak use. It has a ideal balance of fine acidity with a focused line across the palate. Aromas of white stone fruit, white flowers, citrus, beeswax, toasted muesli and nuts with a background of exotic spices. Cellar for 7-10 years in ideal conditions.
