This museum release cabernet sauvignon comes from low-yielding, hand-selected parcels of fruit. After eight years the flavours are now a harmonious blend of blackcurrant, morello cherry, cocoa and subtle pepper spice. Full bodied but silky with a captivating, long and irresistible finish.
