Nautilus has been crafting the Marlborough Cuvee NV since 1989, thus making this wine a favourite in the local markets of New Zealand. With a blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay grapes, this wine was crafted in the traditional method by aging it on yeast lees for about 3 years, which paved the way for the development of biscuit and toasty flavours.
