Nepenthe Pinnacle Pinot Noir grapes are handpicked at optimum ripeness to ensure fruit flavour and acid balance. It is then pressed very gently with the juice allowed to settle before being transferred onto oak. Every barrel is then tasted and classified; only the finest are selected to bottle.
