This is an amazing expression of what Blewitt Springs can deliver. Although this Shiraz vineyard is 156 metres above sea level and sits quite in land, it feels like you are taking a stroll along the beach. This area is known for the North Maslin Sand deposits and a very good example of this is found at Lot 3 Elliot Road, Blewitt Springs. These free draining sandy soils and the mild to warm climate creates an ideal growing environment for our 1960s vines. The Lot 3 Shiraz is very elegant and full of lovely dark blue fruits, with a hint of dark chocolate and coffee on the finish. Its drinking beautifully right now but will only get better in time. No matter the occasion, this silky smooth Shiraz will tick all the right boxes.
