Peter Lehmann's The Bond Shiraz 2019 features a palate of dark chocolate, showing ripe plums, spice and a lingering, softly structured finish. With Peters word as his bond, growers sold their fruit on a handshake agreement and many of these contracts are still honoured today. The Bond has been crafted to honour Peter and his word, and as a testament to the relationships we continue to nuture to this day.
