White - rich, mouth filling, full-bodied
Palate
Pale lemon in colour. Aromas of ripe yellow peach and nectarine with hints of cashews and a touch of flint. The flavours of the nose are joined on the palate by guava, pink grapefruit and lemon zest. A medium to full bodied wine that has a savoury and slightly salty oyster shell feel mid palate that leads into a long mineral finish.
