This zibibbo is a white wine that has great complexity and lovely texture from being wild-fermented and kept on skins for 6 months. This Sicilian rose has vines bathing in the sun whilst being cooled from Mediterranean sea breezes to produce a dry rose with subtle peach and strawberry notes backed by a stoney minerality.
