”Sourced from high altitude vineyards in the Orange region of New South Wales, the wine spent nine months in French oak (30% new), with weekly lees stirring and full malolactic fermentation. The wine is carbon neutral and gleaming yellow in colour. This is tight, taut and focused. We have notes of florals and spices, gentle hints of citrus, notably lemons, and some alluring stonefruit touches, peaches especially. There is quality oak integration here, and a lovely flick of honey at the end of the palate which finishes with excellent length. This will surely drink well over the next five to eight years. 93 points Ken Garett Wine Pilot”
