San Marzano is the most awarded winery in Puliga and Edda is the “flagship” white wine. Edda is one of the most highly awarded White wines in Italy. It is a blend of Chardonnay with 15% Moscatello Selvatico and 5% Fiano fermented for four months on French Oak. This produces a truly beautiful rendition of a Chardonnay blend, rich and floral with none of the terrible harshness of the old style Chardonnays. It is generous in its elegance, fresh, delicate and mineral.
