Thirteen different growers, ten distinct subregions within the Barossa are carefully blended by Jason to produce a wine of deep crimson hue. It presents an array of fresh dark plum, blackberry, and roasted hazelnut aromas, with a subtle hint of black licorice. The wine offers a well-concentrated palate featuring dark chocolate, blackberry, and satsuma plum flavours, accompanied by fine, supple textures and subtle underlying savoury undertones. The finish is characterised by a firm and tight structure, with a touch of black olive notes.
