Aged in 200L American oak ex-bourbon casks, this whisky represents the defining style of Sullivans Cove, with a strong malt backbone and flavours of vanilla, caramel, stone fruit, white flowers and powerful oak. As a single cask bottling, every tiny batch is different, expressing the unique characteristics of each barrel.

Palate
Moving to the palate, the juicy and bright spirit character is met by a peppery note. Brimming with lovely warming jammy notes, cantaloupe and honeyed melon fruits meet golden kiwi and a grassy flicker. Treacle, lemon curd, orange blossom and tutti frutti flavoured chewing gum come next atop a base of light, piney oak and honey muffins. The oak lends a gentle, yet broad structure to a very vibrant and fruity palate.
