This is a classic Australian blend following the long-established tradition of fine Australian cabernet shiraz wines. 2022 was the third in a series of cooler vintages in Wrattonbully providing the perfect slow ripening framework for cabernet sauvignon and shiraz in Wrattonbully. The grape are entirely harvest from the Crayeres vineyard – a single vineyard located at the top of a north-south limestone ridge that sits across natural limestone caves covered in clay rich Terra Rossa top-soil.
