This is the name that Gianni and Giorgio Venica, for the company’s first 90 years anniversary, wanted to give to our Friulano, in honor to the same grape variety and to their grandfather Daniele.
White - rich, mouth filling, full-bodied
In the mouth it is a little bit acidic, round, full-bodied, and what promised on the nose is confirmed by the taste, which identifies its main feature in the final touch of bitter almond.
As an aperitif with friends with prosciutto crudo and Montasio cheese, a delicate fish risotto. Asparagus crepes. Turkey roll with seasonal flavours (herbs).
