Australian old vine grapes crafted into European style, medium bodied shiraz. The Dry Red No 2 (first produced in 1973) captures the spirit of Cote Rotie marrying the dark fruit and spice of cool climate shiraz to aromatic white varieties viognier and marsanne. The Underhill Shiraz came into being in the late 1980s after the neighbouring Underhill vineyard was acquired; this is a broad, muscular shiraz similar to a Rhone Hermitage in style. Whilst the New Territories is a blend of 65% shiraz planted in 1995 and 35% Touriga Nacional planted in 1990 and gives this wine a notable Portuguese twist. This shiraz masterclass includes 2 bottles each.
