Awarded a Gold Medal at the recent Hong Kong International Wine & Spirits Competition

After experimenting with some exclusive batches of our Navy Strength, Four Pillars decided to add fresh Byron Bay finger limes, along with our beautiful organic oranges. So, they release just one edition of this gin each year, when they’re in season. The finger limes highlight the Asian spices like coriander and star anise, and are complemented by the addition of fresh ginger. Finally, fresh turmeric adds a fresh but earthy quality. The resulting gin has lifted aromatics of lime curd, pine needles, and fragrant spices with a vanilla character which pulls the spices together. The palate is intense -sweet and juicy -but it is still very clean. The turmeric has added weight and earthiness to the palate.

Penfolds Bin 19A Chardonnay 2019

The Penfolds Bin 19A Chardonnay 2019 offers aromas cashew, almond and Brazil nut with an ever so slight trace of nutmeg. The palate showcases flavours of citrus and nashi pear with the reported 40 percent of new oak totally absorbed, barely noticeable.

Launched with the 1990 vintage in 1993, Bin 407 was developed in response to the increasing availability of high-quality cabernet sauvignon fruit. Inspired by Bin 707, Bin 407 offers varietal definition and approachability, yet still with structure and depth of flavour. Textbook cabernet sauvignon, the varietally expressive Bin 407 highlights the rewards of Penfolds multi-region, multi vineyard blending, with a core of ripe fruit supported by sensitive use of French and American oak.

Four Pillars Bandwagon Rare Dry Gin 700ml Non Alcoholic

Welcome aboard the Four Pillars Bandwagon! Bandwagon Dry is modelled on our signature Rare Dry Gin, but obviously without the booze. With fresh and citrusy aromas of orange and lemon myrtle, and a palate of spice and warmth that comes from a heavier load of botanicals instead of alcohol, you can use Bandwagon Dry as you would your 'regular' Four Pillars Gin.

Four Pillars Spiced Negroni Gin 700ml

Four Pillars Spiced Negroni Gin is a highly aromatic, rich and (yes) spicy gin with great power and intensity.

This gin was originally the result of a conversation between Cameron (Four Pillars distiller) and Jason (one of the World’s Top Ten Bartenders) back in 2014 - they wanted to create a gin specifically for the Negroni.

Something to cut through Campari and vermouth. And while Negroni has always been a favourite at Four Pillars, Cameron jumped at the chance to make the first collaboration in their Bartender Series a tribute to the very definition of a perfectly balanced cocktail. First, they took base botanicals and upped the amount of Tasmanian pepperberry leaf and cinnamon. Then they added an exotic West African spice called Grains of Paradise.

This is one of the most unusual spices in the world, with clove and sichuan characters.  But although very powerful, the spice tends to glow rather than become hot. The Four Pillars team also decided to use beautiful organic blood oranges in the botanical basket, as well as some ginger.  These wonderfully fragrant fresh botanicals help lift the spice to another level.

A rich tradition of experimentation and a quest to source quality grapes from afar continues to inspire Penfolds winemaking curiosity. This is the third release of Penfolds French Winemaking Trial, a wine sourced from exceptional vineyards across Bordeaux using time proven Penfolds techniques. Anchored by a philosophy of selecting grapes and blending quality wines to a House Style, FWT 585 continues to propel Penfolds into its future.

Penfolds St Henri Shiraz 2020 (Gift Box)

St Henri is a time-honoured and alternative expression of shiraz, and an intriguing counterpoint to Grange. It is unusual amongst high quality Australian red wines as it does not rely on any new oak. Released for the first time by Penfolds in the early 1950s (first commercial vintage 1957), it gained a new lease of life in the 1990s as its quality and distinctive style became better understood. Proudly, a wine style that hasn’t succumbed to the dictates of fashion or commerce. St Henri is rich and plush when young, gaining soft, earthy, mocha-like characters with age. It is matured in an assortment of old large vats that allow the wine to develop, imparting minimal, if any oak character. Although a small proportion of cabernet may sneak into the blend, the focal point for St Henri remains shiraz.

Qantas, Rockpool and Four Pillars joined forces to make a gin that combined the spirit of Qantas, with Rockpool’s style and the essence of everything that is Four Pillars gin. Rockpool mixologists, along with Four Pillars distiller Cameron Mackenzie, handpicked the botanicals that created this unique and delicious gin. 

With Red and Green Szechuan, Quandong, Macadamia nuts, fresh grapefruit peel, tangelos and Rosie Glow apples; combined with the traditional Four Pillars botanicals, the result is an Asian-inspired Modern Australian gin with softness and spice. Gin lover’s taste buds will be singing from the rooftops the world over.

Taylors Promised Land Pinot Noir 2022

Taylors Promised Land Pinot Noir 2022 features lifted fruit aromas of red cherry and red berry fruits, along with a touch of a spice and some savoury notes. A light to medium-bodied wine with flavours of ripe black cherry and sweet red berry fruits along with delicate spice characters. The palate is sublimely soft and silky and the finish is clean and enjoyable.

Four Pillars Fresh Yuzu Gin 700ml

We've had a thing for yuzu for a while, and with three limited-edition trial runs under our belts, we launched the newest member of our core range: a stand-alone, honed and perfected Fresh Yuzu Gin. A bright, aromatic and (yes) fresh dry gin made with locally-grown yuzu and inspired by our adventures making gin with Japanese friends.
