Ironheart is the flagship Shiraz from our single vineyard estate in Blewitt Springs at the northern edge of McLaren Vale. The vineyard’s northern aspect, higher elevation and sandy ironstone soils produce Shiraz with immense concentration and finesse.

Penfolds Bin 51 Riesling 2024

Created in the 1990s as part of the evolving Penfolds white wine development program, Bin 51 captures many attributes of the Eden Valley locale. The region’s high altitude and cool climate induces riesling with great finesse and elegance and a capacity for long-term cellaring. South Australia has gained worldwide recognition for producing definitive world-class Riesling and Eden Valley always features. In their youth, the wines feature scented floral and citrus aromas, with a mineral edge and marked natural acidity, contributing significantly to the palate texture and flavour.

Penfolds Bin 407 Cabernet 2020 MAGNUM (Gift Box)

Launched with the 1990 vintage in 1993, Bin 407 was developed in response to the increasing availability of high-quality cabernet sauvignon fruit. Inspired by Bin 707, Bin 407 offers varietal definition and approachability, yet still with structure and depth of flavour. Textbook cabernet sauvignon, the varietally expressive Bin 407 highlights the rewards of Penfolds multi-region, multi vineyard blending, with a core of ripe fruit supported by sensitive use of French and American oak.

Grosset Gaia Cabernets 2022

Grosset Gaia from the cooler 2022 vintage shows impressive generosity and balance – the hallmarks of this wine for more than three decades. It has positive aromatics, gentle at first, then assertive; there are all the vibrant briary, brambly notes that you would expect. There’s a brooding quality about the wine that demands close inspection. It is satiny smooth, tight and fine.

Penfolds Bin 311 Chardonnay 2023

Bin 311 Chardonnay truly reflects the winemakers’ mantra of going where the fruit grows best and where it best suits style. From the 2017 release of Bin 311, fruit sourcing moved from single region to multi-regional. Today the cool climate vineyards of Tasmania, Tumbarumba, Henty and the Adelaide Hills are our primary sources of fine quality Chardonnay. In true Bin 311 style, not unlike Yattarna, it exhibits lemon/lime aromas and a mineral acid backbone, complemented by barrel fermentation and maturation in new and seasoned oak.

Yalumba GEN Organic Shiraz 2021

The grapes for this wine are sourced from six family  owned, certified organic vineyards. The Barich family  on the Murray River at Loxton, the Strachan family in  McLaren Vale, the Palena family in the Riverland and  the Carypidis family in Virginia have been the long  term growers and the backbone of this wine. Since  2018, we have also sourced grapes from the Strachan  family at Renmark and our own vineyard at Waikerie.

Our 2024 release marks the 60th anniversary of the establishment of the Drumborg vineyard. Drumborg Riesling is one of Seppelt’s most sought-after white wines due to its purity, intensity of flavour and remarkable cellaring potential. traditional winemaking techniques preserve the truest expression of the vineyard and the 2024 displays incredible intensity of aroma and flavour with a hint of the exotic alongside classic citrus and bath salts notes.

Penfolds Bin 389 Cabernet Shiraz 2022 (Nigo Gift Box)

Bin 389 was often referred to as ‘Baby Grange’, in part because components of the wine are matured in the same barrels that held the previous vintage of Grange. First made in 1960 by the legendary Max Schubert, this was the wine that helped forge Penfolds reputation with red wine drinkers by combining the structure of cabernet sauvignon with the richness of shiraz. Exemplifying the judicious balance of fruit and oak, Bin 389 highlights the generous mid-palate Penfolds is known for.

Penfolds 50 Year Old Rare Tawny Gift Box

The 50 Year Old Rare Tawny is a symbol of Penfolds heritage, typifying collaboration – Penfolds collaborated with glass artist Nick Mount to create individually blown and hand-crafted to suit the rarity of the wine. Among the many individual components in this blend is the 1915 vintage, reported to be the foundation for the first Grandfather cask.

Only 330 bottles are released in each series, less than 1 barrel.
