Yalumba GEN Organic Shiraz 2021

The grapes for this wine are sourced from six family  owned, certified organic vineyards. The Barich family  on the Murray River at Loxton, the Strachan family in  McLaren Vale, the Palena family in the Riverland and  the Carypidis family in Virginia have been the long  term growers and the backbone of this wine. Since  2018, we have also sourced grapes from the Strachan  family at Renmark and our own vineyard at Waikerie.

Amisfield RKV Reserve Pinot Noir 2018

Amisfield was established in 1988 and is a Central Otago based specialist producer of Pinot Noir and aromatic white wines, sourced from fruit grown on their Single Vineyard Estate, situated beneath the glacially sculptured Pisa mountain range. Vineyards are managed holistically through organic practices focused around nurturing Amisfield’s unique soils, vines and habitats - this combined with a rugged inland location and an extreme semi- continental climate, yields wines of remarkable purity, intensity and vibrancy. A state-of-the-art purpose-built winery is the focal point of the vineyard and is designed to enable winemakers to craft wines with minimal intervention and as naturally as possible. At Amisfield they are committed to sustainability and environmental responsibility at every step of the process. The vineyard is now managed entirely organically and is in conversion to full organic certification with New Zealand’s leading organic certification body BioGro.

Mosaique Mediterranee IGP Organic Rose 2023

Méditérranée is an IGP title covering wines made in the southeast coast of France, roughly corresponding to the Provence wine region, as well as a part of the Rhône Valley. This wine was sourced solely from Provence in the shallow, schist and silty soils of the foothills of the Massif des Maures on sunny hillside slopes.

Wirra Wirra Amator Organic Shiraz 2020

Observation is at the heart of organic grape growing and winemaking. Watching changes in the vineyard and responding naturally to find the balance. It requires extreme dedication to farm this way, which the Latins describe succinctly in the word ‘Amator’, meaning ‘for love, not reward’. It is a most fitting name for this certified organic shiraz from our winery vineyard.

Grosset Polish Hill Riesling 2024

A Polish Hill for the ages; a white that will delight while young; and yet age as gracefully as we hope to. At its core, it is intense, powerful and fine, pure lime juice that tingles on the mid-palate and shows impressive length even now. One of the finest wines to come from the Grosset Polish Hill Vineyard. Tyson Stelzer says 2024-2064 (40 Years)  Produced from riesling grown biodynamically at the Grosset Polish Hill Vineyard  Unfined – vegan and vegetarian friendly.

Alkina Polygon #1 Shiraz 2022

There are three polygons that have, since the very early days, looked like they could stand apart as Single Polygon wines. Polygon 3 is 0.274 hectares (ha) and approximately 200 vines. Its soil profile is shallow red brown earth over deep chalky, sedimentary limestone which contains fractured schist and limited iron. Polygon 5 comprises two similar parcels of 0.12ha and 0.25ha, a total of 0.37ha. These Polygon 5 sections have deeper soils and well fractured schist with ferric clay (within the fractures).  Polygon 1 was defined in Pedro’s second visit in 2018. The block is 0.4ha which Pedro divided into separate areas and recommended that we exclude one section of 0.097ha which lacks the fractured schist of the other sections.

Metala White Label Shiraz Cabernet 2022

Each year the blend of shiraz and cabernet sauvignon is assessed based on the fruit when it arrives in the winery. The 2021 vintage is a blend of 80% Shiraz and 20% cabernet sauvignon. The fruit was harvested in the cool of the early morning to retain all the natural acidity. A portion of the cabernet sauvignon was aged in seasoned French oak barriques while a portion of the shiraz was seasoned in French and American hogsheads and barriques each for around 12-13 months. Minimal winemaking intervention with the use of a uniquely designed gravity 'lift' tank.

Champagne Laherte Freres Les Grandes Crayeres 2018  (Disg. Dec 2021)

After the Brut Nature, this stunning Champagne is Aurélien Laherte’s second Blanc de Blancs bottling. Les Grandes Crayères showcases Laherte’s two most chalky, mineral soils in Côteaux Sud d’Épernay (crayères means ‘chalk’). These parcels of 40-plus-year-old massale selection vines are situated on a west-facing hillside composed of Campanian chalk under 20cm of topsoil.     The base wine was fermented wild in old barrels (aged three to 10 years) and didn’t go through malo, emphasising the wine’s chiselled qualities. It then spent 30 months on lees in bottle, and a further nine months resting after disgorgement before commercial release. The dosage was less than four grams per litre and the bottling was hand-disgorged.

Frankland Estate Isolation Ridge Mourvedre 2021

A vibrant, translucent ruby colour. The nose has notes of rose petals, musk and lavender with cranberry, redcurrant, morello cherry, pastrami, sweet spices and terracotta. Though complex, the nose presents as pretty and compact with underlying stoniness, which precisely mimics the first impression in the mouth. There’s small red-berry brightness to the medium-bodied palate, and gradually those charcuterie and dry-earth notes emerge with iodine and graphite. Musky, petally perfumes waft over terracotta on a pin-point finish with powdery tannins. An understated wine with real intrigue. 

Blind Tiger Organic London Dry Gin 700ml

A combination of organic botanicals creates a London Dry Gin that is a perfect mixer with tonic or soda and a great base for one of the hugely popular gin based cocktails.

In the 1920s, the era of prohibition, a Blind Tiger was an establishment known to illegally sell alcohol, with a focus on celebrating the exciting flavour and taste of liquor cocktails, many of which were gin based.

A classic Margaret River blend for everyday drinking, crisp, dry and refreshing, but with weight and texture. The blend originates from Bordeaux, Margaret River being famous for its cabernet, just as Bordeaux also is makes the sauvignon blanc semillon blend a natural fit.

Alkina Kin Shiraz Mataro 2023

A delightful Barossa blend that harnesses the full flavour and generosity of Shiraz with the highlights of spice, tannin and savoury characters provided by a dash of Mataro. All hand picked fruit is estate grown in Greenock and certified organic and biodynamic.

Domaine Des Feraud Provence Rose 2023

Our Cuvée Prestige is our most important wine. By "assembling" the best of our Cinsault, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache and Rolle grapes our Cuvée Prestige shall be the most faithful expression of our territory. A fine and well balanced Rosé Côtes de Provence. Elegant, expressive, delicate and of course organic.
