Grosset Apiana Fiano 2024

Specific clones of this indigenous grape from Campania, grown on poor soil at the Grosset Rockwood Vineyard, on a cool-site in the Clare Valley, have resulted in an extraordinarily powerful and aromatic expression of the variety. This year, there is a greater intensity of flavour which flows through the wine and lingers on the dry finish: bees-wax, candied honey, bliss.  Ageing Potential: Drink now – 20 years  Produced from fiano grown biodynamically at the Grosset Rockwood Vineyard  Unfined- vegan and vegetarian friendly.

Dal Zotto Fiano 2022

Experience the elegance of fiano, a Mediterranean gem refined in King Valley. With pale straw hues and lime-green accents, it bursts with aromas of fresh pear, lemon peel, and hazelnuts. The palate is vibrant yet rich, offering citrus, honey, and subtle pine nut flavors, all wrapped in a silky, waxy texture. Matured for six months in French oak. 

Hither & Yon Fiano 2024

This fiano is from the cooler eastern foothills of McLaren Vale but still exhibits a clear tone of its maritime nature, and the ancient sea bed of geology it lies on. Regenerative agriculture farmed, made in a fresh, crisp and dry fashion, it is moreishly refreshing.
