Grant Burge Pearl Sauvignon Blanc 2024

Lifted aromatics of snow pea, lime and honey dew melon. Flavours of fresh guava and kiwi fruit, lemongrass and kaffir lime carry the palate to a long and lingering finish.

Flametree Sauvignon Blanc Semillon 2023

Individual harvests were crushed, chilled and pressed into tank for a 3-4 day settling. All batches were then racked and warmed before either going into barrel to undergo wild ferment or inoculated using selected yeast stains. 43% of the juice was barrel fermented wild with grape solids, 5% of the barrels were new with the remainder being older, large format oak. A small portion of whole berries were added to the ferment to give further texture and complexity to the final blend.

Known for producing premium wines that reflect the terroir of the Great Southern region this producer is family owned with a farming heritage spanning five generations, their vineyard was established in 1997. This wine has juicy and pure mouthfeel with ripe lime, passionfruit, and gooseberry flavours, finishing with mouth-watering acidity.

Wills Domain Semillon Sauvignon Blanc Mystic Spring 2024

A young Haunold grew into a huge giant after drinking from a miraculous spring within the Dolomites. When threatened with invasion, the villagers pleaded to the giant for help. In exchange, Haunold demanded one calf, three bushels of beans and one barrel of wine per day! Not being able to maintain these payments, the villagers set a trap and captured him. As the legend goes, the giant Haunold still sleeps, imprisoned in the mountain that still bears his name. Sourced from the low yielding Estate plantings, these Mystic Spring wines unite the intensity, definition and purity of the fruit, with the precise and Wills Domain delicate winemaking style of Wills Domain.

The 2024 Heirloom Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc features aromas of freshly zested citrus peel of a myriad varieties. There's a strong background of lemon and lime, to boot, with subtle support coming around the olfactory edges from sauvignon blancs other usual suspects. Freshly cut lawn, lantana, gooseberry and a far-off blackcurrant.

Thompson Estate Four Chambers Sauvignon Blanc 2023

Winter in Margaret River was typically wet and cold, perfectly setting the vines up for the growing season ahead. A mild spring and early summer were kind to flowering, fruit-set and canopy development. Late summer and the ripening season were not ideal. Periodically the region is subject to tropical rainfall conditions during late summer and autumn, 2021 was one of those years. Luckily the vineyard site at Thompson Estate is set to ‘weather the storm’ with excellent aspect, old balanced vines and our winery right on site. All our fruit achieved optimum ripeness with a minimum of disease which was seen so prevalent across the region. The wines of 2021 will display ripe fruit characters, be structurally made to age and typical of what you expect from Thompson Estate.

Lambrook Sauvignon Blanc Adelaide Hills 2023

Harvested in the cool of the night when the fruit is cool and fresh. It makes for a crisp, vibrant wine that is deliciously drinkable. A great example of a signature grape variety which excels in the Adelaide Hills.
