The Claymore Joshua Tree Watervale Riesling 2022 offers a generous bouquet of bright lemon and lime blossom, fresh cut dew-melon and orange. The aromatics are subdued in youth yet become more expressive with time in the glass. On the palate, flavours of citrus florals welcome the palate to an explosion of bright and tight acid – giving the wine its characteristic Watervale tangy lemon and lime blossom bouquet. The cooler conditions of the 2022 ripening season producing wonderfully bright all natural acid Riesling. Delicate and yet powerful.
