A dry, aromatic Eden Valley riesling that is fresh on the palate, but distinctive in its light texture and length. A food friendly wine that classically pairs well with sushi or lightly dressed shellfish like prawns, oysters or crab. It can also be fantastic as a counterweight to richer, fattier dishes like pork belly, a creamy chicken casserole or fish and chips. Lightly pickled vegetables, or a young goat’s cheese would be a good vegetarian option.
