Aromas of honeysuckle, Thai basil, ginger, lime, citrus and apple. Flavours are equally intense and concentrated with a thread of beeswax that brings that added sense of complexity. This is quite the all-round Riesling experience a la Coonawarra, promoting the region’s signature lemon, lime and grapefruit pith chalky texture against a fresh and electric acid profile.”
