”The '21 vintage was a godsend for almost all regions in South Australia, and the rieslings from this vintage are typified by balance and restraint across the board. In many cases, the wines produced this year are among the finest in decades – no small feat. This wine is generous and plump in the mouth, littered with green apples, ripe limes, nashi pears and juniper berries, punctuated by pockets of juicy, salty acidity. The wine is glorious now, but it will age gracefully too.”
