Nestled deep in the Skilly Valley of Australia’s renowned Clare wine region, you’ll find a winery of unique distinction. Here wines are crafted with care and skill – shaped by their terroir, influenced by their heritage, and embraced in the vision of their maker. This wine is a single vineyard wine, made from the Milburn vineyard just north of the Watervale township. The fruit was harvested, drained, and fermented cool over a three-week period. Once completely dry, the wine was stabilized and filtered, and bottled in August 2022.
