Amisfield was established in 1988 and is a Central Otago based specialist producer of Pinot Noir and aromatic white wines, sourced from fruit grown on their Single Vineyard Estate, situated beneath the glacially sculptured Pisa mountain range. Vineyards are managed holistically through organic practices focused around nurturing Amisfield’s unique soils, vines and habitats - this combined with a rugged inland location and an extreme semi- continental climate, yields wines of remarkable purity, intensity and vibrancy. Faiveley Nuits St. Georges 2022

Vines have been grown in Nuits for over a thousand years and the history of the village is inseparable from its renowned vineyards. At the end of the 17th century, Louis XIV, who suffered from digestive problems, was advised by his doctor to drink a glass of Nuits every day. In 1892, the village of Nuits added its name to that of its best climat - Les Saint Georges.

Secret Stone Pinot Noir 2022

Secret Stone takes its name from the rare and precious greenstone found hidden beneath the riverbeds throughout New Zealand’s South Island. This greenstone is crafted into beautiful carvings that are passed down from one generation to the next. Nestled within these greenstone heartlands, lies the wine region of Marlborough. Marlborough has not only developed an international reputation for its Sauvignon Blanc, but its climate is also very fitting for growing some of New Zealand’s most beautiful and consistent Pinot Noir; individual parcels were cold soaked from fermented separately, then gently plunged three times a day to help build tannins. This wine is great value, showcasing what Marlborough can do with Pinot Noir without being too flashy. This is a young and vibrant wine with aromas of spicy plum and hints of smoky cherry. The palate is smooth and velvety with a savoury finish and subtle tannins.

Dexter Mornington Peninsula Pinot Noir 2023

Aromas of dark cherry, blackberry, bay leaf and thyme with subtle floral fragrance and hints of oak. It has a soft entry with mid palate fruit sweetness and lovely texture. Fine tannins and balanced acidity result in a wine with good texture and length.

It follows in the footsteps of the Penfolds Cellar Reserve Pinot Noir, a wine first made from Adelaide Hills grapes in 1997. Reflecting an evolving style, regional definition and complexities of the many and varied Pinot Noir clones, Bin 23 Pinot Noir is an elegant, lighter bodied inclusion in the Penfolds Collection. The relationship between Penfolds and cool-climate regions continues to evolve with fruit sourcing shifting to the island of Tasmania, famed for its pristine environment and quality grapes.

Brokenwood Indigo Vineyard Pinot Noir 2023

Medium density with bright red hues. The nose has very attractive bramble, warm spice and cherry fruit notes. A soft entry with forest fruits and excellent fruit tannin complimented by the whole bunch used in fermentation along with the French oak used. A fresh acid backbone carries the ripe fruit flavours right to the finish. It will increase complexity with bottle age or can be enjoyed as a vibrant pinot noir in its youth.

Mandala Sands Yarra Valley Pinot Noir 2024

A beautiful blend of fruit from Gruyere and Wandin in the Yarra Valley. Predominantly MV6 clone, the fruit from Wandin originates from 40 year old vines on own roots. A portion of the fruit was whole bunch fermented to improve structure and elevation of aromatics alongside whole berry open ferments gently plunged daily and pressed to a mixture of barriques and puncheons (approx. 20% new oak). The wine was matured for 11 months in 40% new French oak barrels
