Tyrrells Vat 8 Hunter Valley Shiraz Cabernet 2021

A modern interpretation of the Great Australian Red that respects the tradition of varietal blending to make a more rounded wine. The wine shows intense plum fruit sweetness from the shiraz with dark berry and chocolate characters. The cabernet component adds to the density and structure of the wine.

Elegant, complex and intriguing, our most ambitious effort yet, Ancient Stones is hand harvested from the top two rows of the oldest shiraz on our Bracken vineyard. A labour of love in both the vineyard and the winery.

Turkey Flat Shiraz 2021

This highly acclaimed Shiraz has received numerous awards since its first vintage in 1990. However, it's the versatility of this wine, in the way it embraces both power and elegance that is most impressive. This Shiraz is a result of a very intricate blending process. After each parcel of fruit is individually vinified & aged in specially selected French oak barrels, the final blend is created with careful consideration to upholding its reputation for cellaring gracefully, retaining its freshness and balance for many years.
